All content on the Site — text, photography, drawings, logos, and design elements — is the property of Thu Build, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Westgold name and mark are trademarks of Thu Build, LLC.
Project photography
Photographs of completed projects may be displayed on the Site with the consent of the homeowner. We do not disclose homeowner names, addresses, or specific project details unless explicitly authorized.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Westgold is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is." Westgold makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. Construction services are governed exclusively by the written contract signed for each individual project.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westgold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any written contract executed for a specific project, constitute the entire agreement between you and Westgold regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
